2. Refund Policy After Writer Begins Work
We do not provide refunds if you cancel your order after the writer has started working on your assignment. Once you make the payment, we transfer the writer's fee, which means that the writer’s work has already been initiated. We make sure to clarify your requirements before starting any project to avoid confusion, ensuring the work meets your expectations.
3. Requesting a Refund
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work or experience a delay in delivery, we will offer revisions to rectify the issue.
- In the rare case that a student fails the assignment due to the delivered work, we will provide a refund to your payment wallet.
- Any refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the completed work. If you fail to contact us within this period, we will consider the work accepted, and no refund will be processed.
